If life were a movie
I’d hit fast forward
Go past all the milestones in a breeze
And then rewind to the playground
If life were a fairy-tale
I’d be an impatient child
And read the happily ever after
Before the once upon a time

But life is more like a dance where I don’t quite know the music

Now I’m doing a rhythmic samba
And all at once I’m plunging into a slow waltz
Before facing the intricate tango all alone
Savouring the breath-taking climbs
And surviving the dramatic falls
