FASHION!! LETS CATCH UP, READERS!

Hey people! I would like to welcome all of us to the beginning of a new session… Well most of us that is. To my senior colleagues in part four, five and six, I hope the stay has been favourable so far. Well, Medivoice sure has a lot of amazing stuff to offer this session, this fashion column included. So be nice and watch this beautiful space 😘😘

Let’s get straight to Fashion, shall we?
Turns Out that a lot has happened this year that took our breath away, fashion-wise… With badgal Riri making more waves in the fashion industry and giving us more reasons to fall in love With her awe inspiring personality. After having several collaborations with A list fashion designers in the past, appointed as the creative designer for puma in 2016 and launching Her fenty beauty make up line (which has garnered awesome reviews BTW) September last year, Riri has proven to us that she isn’t in this industry to play. Her latest collaboration, Savage X Fenty, a direct-to-consumer lingerie line in partnership with online retail giant TechStyle that launched May 11th, has been fully anticipated and it offers a range of nude underwear that goes far beyond the bog-standard beige T-shirt bra.
One of the surreal moments in fashion this year has to be the Met Gala and the dazzling effect the celebrities who did justice to the “heavenly bodies” theme had on us. People like Chadwick Boseman (my wakanda king😜), Cardi B (slaying with her baby bump), Zendaya, Nicki, Rihanna (of course, duh uh) and Solange Knowles to mention a few, were people’s favorite.
I can’t talk about fashion in 2018 so far, without mentioning beychella! And the way Beyoncé dominated the stage with different stunning outfits.. I mean, it’s Queen B after all.
Let’s come down to Nigeria and include the headies fashion. While Seyi shay’s long feather like black dress was likened to a bird; Ebuka,Tobi Bakre and Timaya battled for the best Tuxedo style. Adekunle Gold showed up with a pink cap and his “musical partner” simisola (who was a big winner, BTW) showed up in a classy gown.
I hope someone here was a big brother fan like me and enjoyed the fashion risks our dear host, Ebuka Obiuchendu took by wearing his all red attire and the skirt like one too.
Let me guess, y’all thought I was going to bring this piece to an end without mentioning the royal wedding???… Hell naw! And I’m sure we all agree that my beloved Rachael Zane (Meghan Markle) did justice to the simplicity style and would make a beautiful princess.
All rightyy mes amies, till next week..
Xoxo
