The competition featured three associations; Association of Medical Students’ University of Lagos (AMSUL), Obafemi Awolowo University Medical Students’ Association (IFUMSA) and Olabisi Onabanjo University Medical Students’ Association (OOUMSA).

The presentation round was a 10-minute speech on the topic; The Role of Health Workers in the implementation of the National Health Act – one in which OOUMSA won while IFUMSA, ably represented by Emmanuel MBAH tied in the second position with AMSUL.

☸️ Round 2 – BRITISH PARLIAMENTARY Debate

We presented two teams (two for each) at the debate whereas OOUMSA and AMSUL each presented one to make four teams (a total of 8 participants) at the round.

At the end of the debate….

IFUMSA’s Team 1 (ABIODUN Promise and OLOFINSAO Charity) finished in first position while Team 2 (FAMOKUNWA Ayotunde, who had to be an iron man) finished third with OOUMSA and AMSUL in second and fourth positions respectively.
